Material

The product is crafted from T800 grade Carbon Fiber Prepreg and high-performance epoxy resin with low dielectric constant. The carbon fiber has uniform fiber distribution and excellent mechanical strength, while the epoxy resin has strong adhesion and weather resistance, ensuring the dome maintains stable performance in harsh outdoor and extreme environments.

Each carbon fiber Radar dome is wrapped with thick shock-absorbing foam and a scratch-resistant protective film, and packed in a custom-fit reinforced hard carton. The carton is filled with shock-absorbing filler to avoid collision, scratch and impact damage during transportation. Professional logistics with moisture-proof, dust-proof and shock-proof measures is selected to ensure the product is intact when delivered.

We provide conventional standard carbon fiber Radar domes, with diameters ranging from 50cm to 300cm, thicknesses from 5mm to 20mm, and signal transmittance above 95%, suitable for most standard radar systems.
