Material

The product is composed of high-quality carbon fiber (T300/T700/T800 grade) and advanced thermosetting resin (epoxy, phenolic or vinyl ester resin). The carbon fiber has high strength and modulus, and the resin has excellent bonding performance and curing stability, ensuring the excellent comprehensive performance of the carbon fiber prepreg.

Carbon fiber prepreg has uniform resin content (controlled between 30%-60%), which ensures consistent performance of the final products. It has good moldability, can be processed into various complex shapes through molding, autoclave and other processes, with high forming efficiency. In addition, it has excellent mechanical properties, corrosion resistance and heat resistance, and the products made have high strength-to-weight ratio and long service life.

Packaging & Transportation

The packaging adopts vacuum-sealed aluminum foil bags to prevent moisture and oxidation, and each bag is packed in a moisture-proof carton with desiccant. The carton is reinforced to avoid extrusion damage during transportation. We choose professional logistics with moisture-proof and shock-proof measures to ensure the product quality is not affected during transportation.

Model Parameters & Customization

We provide conventional standard carbon fiber prepreg, with carbon fiber areal weight ranging from 100g/m² to 600g/m² and resin content of 35%-50%, which can meet most conventional production needs. We also offer customized services, including carbon fiber grade, resin type, resin content, areal weight and width customization, to match different production requirements.
